Charlotte has experience of disputes concerning the sale of land, boundary disputes, mortgage possession claims, residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters (including appearances in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, service charge disputes, dilapidations and forfeiture proceedings).
Wills Probate and Inheritance
Charlotte is able to offer expertise across the spectrum of wills probate and inheritance, including cases involving trusts of land and cohabitation disputes, undue influence, restitution, breach of trust, construction of instruments, insolvency, and probate matters. She has represented and advised beneficiaries, executors and trustees in a range of estate and trust disputes.
Divorce and Finance
Charlotte has a growing ancillary relief and Inheritance Act practice. She has drawn upon her property and probate expertise in matters involving third party interests, acting both for and against the intervening party.
Court of Protection
Charlotte accepts instructions in Court of Protection matters concerning property and affairs. She has advised on associated matters such as the validity and construction of powers of attorney.
