Laura Bayley is an experienced Family Law practitioner and member of the Family Law Bar Association who specialises in public and private law cases concerning children.

She provides advice and representation for local authorities, parents and children.

After 10 years of tenancy in London, she relocated to Sussex and has continued to act in a wide range of cases involving children including:

  • Public law cases involving injuries to children, sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect;
  • Private law disputes relating to living and contact arrangements for children following the breakdown of relationships, applications to remove children from the jurisdiction and specific issues relating to education, medical procedures and religion.

Laura Bayley has delivered lectures and training seminars on advocacy and children law in London and Sussex to professionals including social workers and solicitors.
